I just donated $100 US to Planned Parenthood in the name of “Mike Pence” and it felt oh so good…

I did this because the only thing that feels good right now is action.
I also subscribed to the New York Times.
I urge you to do something also.
John Oliver has suggested these organisations:
Oliver urged viewers to donate to various non-profit orgs, including the Mexican-American Legal Defense Fund, the International Refugee Assistance Project, the Center for Reproductive Rights and the Natural Resources Defense Counsel. He also implored viewers to support top-tier journalism by subscriber to a major newspaper, or donating to the non-profit journalism collective or Pro Publica in order to help news outlets scrutinize Trump’s moves.
I am supporting equivalent organisations in my own country, and using action to deal with my anger, frustration and sadness.
With love and solidarity,
Lisa

Hi Lisa,
I’ll reply to your previous email shortly – still recuperating.
About The New York Times. They were not very pro Hillary in their coverage, and soft on Rump, until other newspapers started to notice and called them on it. Then towards the end, they changed their tone.

Hey Laura … take your time re emails. It’s horrible at the moment.
Re NYT, I think many American had no idea what they had in Hillary Clinton or what battle she was really fighting. (And had been fighting for years)
However, I will re think my subscription based on your good council.
